Lifeguard: As a pool lifeguard, your keen observation skills, patience, and people-oriented nature will shine, allowing you to handle any situation with confidence and calmness. Take charge as you proactively supervise, interact positively with visitors, educate them on pool rules, and swiftly respond to any First Aid emergencies that may arise. JOB DESCRIPTION
For all positions, candidates will have sound administration and communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, be mature and most importantly be reliable. In addition, successful candidates will be flexible with varying rostered shifts, so reliable transport is a must! Learn to Swim and Lifeguard swimming criteria: 200m freestyle under 6 minutes / 50m breaststroke, 25m sidestroke, Duck/dive and retrieve objects from bottom of 5pm depth pool and tread water for 5 minutes.
