Commencing Term 1, 2024.
Are you a dedicated, Pacific-centric leader passionate about empowering Pasifika and Māori learners? Do you believe in embedding real-life contexts, culture, and pedagogy into your teaching? We're looking for you to fill a 0.6 teaching and 0.4 leadership position commencing term 1, 2024.
Our ideal candidate possesses not only the required qualifications and specialist skills but also the responsive cultural competencies that make a difference in the lives of our talavou. If you have fluency in a Pacific language or Te Reo Māori, it's a plus! Previous principal's nominee experience or NCEA experience and excellent attention to detail is favourable.
We invite you to showcase your cultural, curriculum and professional strengths, as further management units may be available based on your expertise.
Your commitment to upholding the codes and standards of the teaching profession and the NZ Curriculum is essential. Rest assured, the terms and conditions, including your base salary, are set by the relevant collective agreement, and your actual base salary will be determined through a salary assessment once your role is confirmed.
